🔍What we are looking for

Líbere Hospitality Group is expanding rapidly throughout Europe. We would love to find the best Business Development Analyst Intern based in Milan to join our biz. dev team.

💪🏻What you’ll do

• Analyzing real estate investment opportunities and defining the main KPIs.
• Running market research and trend analysis focused on the hospitality market (pricing, occupancy rates, competition, etc).
• Back office tasks, mainly related to investment analysis.
• Scouting of new investment opportunities through the identification of deals, brokers and stakeholders in general.
• Day by day support to the Business Development Manager in the negotiation of contracts.

💡Who you are

• You are interested and want to know more about real estate and the hospitality market.
• You like numbers. Excel and G Suite are not foreign words for you.
• Italian (fluent), english or spanish (good).
• You are a team player with an outgoing personality, self-motivated, proactive, and the ability to work under time pressure, multi-task, and negotiate competing priorities.
