🚀Tasks and Responsibilities
Back Office Area
- Coordinate, supervise, and audit the work of the cleaning company, ensuring LĂbere standards and task completion times are met to avoid delays for customer check-ins.
- Identify and address potential maintenance issues, ensuring they are reported and resolved promptly.
- Oversee and track pending operational or maintenance issues to guarantee swift resolutions, either through internal staff or by coordinating with external companies.
Administrative Area
- Manage stock orders and requests, ensuring every site is fully supplied with the necessary items and products for operations.
- Safeguard lost and found items.
- Review and submit supplier invoices for payment.
- Handle purchases and request quotes.
- Manage and control laundry and amenities orders required for daily operations.
Customer Service Area
- The customer is at the heart of all operations. Working in the same building, we are responsible for making their experience unforgettable. A happy customer is sure to return! :)
- Customer Service (in person, online, by phone): Welcome guests and assist them with whatever they need—check-in, city information, use of spaces, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Operations team and the guest, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Experience in operational or coordination roles within the hospitality or service industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience managing maintenance, stock orders, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
- A flexible, open-minded, positive, conciliatory, and customer service-oriented individual. A smile is your best ally.
- Organized, hardworking, and with a special attention to detail.
