🔍What will you do?
As the Hospitality Operations City Manager for Italia & Greece, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our properties in these countries, managing teams, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will act as the key link between headquarters and local operations, owning everything from cleaning and maintenance to customer satisfaction and technology adoption.
- Lead daily work in the assets, coordinating necessary actions and tasks with stakeholders (suppliers, the team, other departments, etc.), ensuring deadlines are met and results optimized, while fostering a proactive work environment and making work easier for others.
- Ensure the buildings are in good condition in terms of quality by making proactive daily decisions. This means anticipating potential problems and acting effectively.
- Oversee daily that processes are being followed as defined, with special focus on achieving expected results, identifying reasons when this doesn’t happen, and implementing corrective actions through training, clarification, or process adjustments.
- Local leadership and alignment with corporate strategy: The CiM role is not only operational but also strategic, as a central figure in implementing the company’s global vision at the local level. This is crucial, since the CiM must connect the team’s work with the broader organizational objectives.
- Be a leader who motivates and supports the team, creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Innovation and continuous improvement: Lead projects with a cross-operational impact, anticipating trends or challenges.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Higher vocational training or University degree
- Experience: 3–5 years in Hospitality, Tourism, Logistics or operations
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (required)
- Mobility: Willingness to travel on a weekly basis between different cities in Italy and Greece
